Please Pray!

I JUST got an email from our agency letting us know that we have DNA authorization which means the US Embassy has approved us to proceed with DNA testing, which will be in the next few days. This is a critical step because Madalyn's birthmom will see her for the first time since she relinquished Madalyn at 48-hours-old. Typically, if a birthmom is going to change her mind, she does it at this time when she sees the baby. So, will you please join us in prayer that her birthmom is blessed by the Holy Spirit when she holds Madalyn for the last time and is at complete peace knowing Madalyn will be entrusted in His care for the rest of her life. May the Lord grant her great strength! AND, may the test results come back with a positive match! Once we hear about a match, Madalyn will officially be our referral and we can make plans to visit her. Our caseworker says that the DNA will be taken within the next few days and then can take up to three weeks to get the results back. Please pray for this step to go smoothly and the results to get back to our attorney quickly so we can meet our daughter soon.

Greg and I prayed this morning that we would get an update from our agency today...and He lovingly answered our prayer! Praise Him!!
